- Mesh sides for full visibility so you can keep an eye on the fun.

- Anchor points (we use sturdy stakes or heavy sandbags) to keep everything firmly in place.

- Emergency exits for safe access in case of an emergency.

- Lead-free, fire-retardant vinyl and materials that meet or exceed ASTM and CPSC safety standards.

It depends on how many kids are coming and how much space you’ve got:

- Smaller party (5–8 kids): A 13x13 ft bounce house works great.

- Medium to large party (up to 12 kids): Go for a 15x15 ft or 18x18 ft unit.

- Mixed ages or extra excitement? Our combo units include slides and obstacles—perfect for keeping everyone entertained.

Always allow a few feet of clearance around all sides. One backyard setup almost didn’t fit because of a big tree branch—but we found the right size unit to save the party!

Our prices are clear and upfront. Delivery is based on driving distance, and our system automatically calculates it during checkout. The final price you see includes:

- Delivery

- On-site cleaning and inspection

We suggest booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, school breaks, and holiday events.

- For major holidays like July 4th or Memorial Day, it’s smart to reserve even earlier.

Bounce houses can be set up on most flat, level surfaces, including:

- Grass (best option)

- Concrete

- Asphalt

- Indoor gym floors or event halls

For concrete or hard surfaces, we’ll use weighted sandbags for secure anchoring. If you're not sure about your space, just send us a picture—we're happy to help you figure it out.

Yes! Indoor setups are great for:

- Gyms

- School auditoriums

- Community centers

Just make sure the ceiling height is at least 18 feet, and there’s enough room around the unit for safety. We’ve even done indoor winter parties where the bounce house became the main attraction. If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll guide you through the setup.

Nope! At The Bouncy Kingdom, we never raise prices just because it’s a holiday or weekend. Our prices stay the same all year long—no surge pricing, ever.

— Pickups up to 8:00 PM are included for free.
— Pickups after 8:00 PM are treated as overnight rentals and include a small additional fee (see below).

One mom told us she chose us because “you didn’t try to jack up the price just because it was Labor Day.” We think that’s how it should be.

Here’s what your rental day looks like:

— We arrive during your scheduled delivery window (usually 1–3 hours before your event).
— We set up the bounce house, anchor it securely, and clean it again on-site.
— We walk you through safety guidelines and answer any last-minute questions.
— After the event, we return to deflate and pack it all up—quick and easy.

You don’t need to lift a finger. Just sit back and let the fun happen!

If it starts raining:

— Get everyone out of the bounce house right away.
— Turn off the blower and let the inflatable deflate naturally.
— If possible, cover it with a tarp or move it to a dry area.

For safety, bounce houses should never be used in heavy rain, lightning, or strong winds (over 15 mph). If the forecast looks bad, we offer easy rescheduling or refunds—we don’t want anyone stuck with bad weather and no fun.

Yes! We offer overnight rentals for just $75. This is perfect for:

— Backyard parties that go late
— Sleepovers with midnight bouncing
— Early morning fun the next day

Just make sure the bounce house is in a safe, fenced area, and that sprinklers and pets are kept away overnight. We’ll come pick it up the next morning. Easy, fun, and affordable.
