Margarita Machine Recipe ~ Peach Bellinis

• 1 bottle (½ gal) – Mix
• 1 gal – water
•  Champagne (5 standard bottles)
• combine all ingredients in a mixing container, stir or shake vigorously, and carefully pour into margarita or slush machine; vent mixing container after shaking a few times to allow gas from champagne to escape

• Peach Bellinis
  • 4 oz – Mix
  • 4 cups – Ice
  • 6 oz – Champagne
  • 1 oz – Rum
  • ½ oz – Peach Schnapps

• Peach Margaritas or Peach Daiquiris
  • 4 oz –Mix
  • 3-½ cups – Ice
  • 3 oz – Tequila or Rum
• combine all ingredients in a blender and frappé!
