Guess what? Your margarita machine is about to get a workout! We've got everything lined up and ready to roll for your next fiesta. Here's what's on the menu:

Shopping List:

1. 1 bottle (½ gal)  Mix
2. 2.5 gal – water
3. 3.75 L – Champagne (5 standard bottles)
4. 1 L – Rum
5. ½ L – Peach Schnapps
6. combine  all ingredients in a 5-gallon mixing container, stir or shake  vigorously, and carefully pour into margarita or slush machine;  vent mixing container after shaking a few times to allow gas from  champagne to escape
7. Makes 70 8-ounce drinks with alcohol mixed in, or 48 non-alcoholic Peach slushies

Note: Alcohol acts as an antifreeze, so it should be added at the end. Do not exceed the maximum capacity of 5 bottles of champagne (750 ml each)
