The Bouncy Kingdom staff are friendly and helpful; set up of the bouncy house was very safe and efficient. They arrived on time for set up, well before the time of our event. They were unable to pick up the next day due to having multiple houses rented out, but they informed me via e-mail that I could keep the house an additional day at no charge and they would be back the following day to take down and pick up. I recommend the Bouncy Kingdom, and they will be my vendor of choice in the future.
